Has anyone considered the following:

Sending a letter to Cymer stating:

1) the (SI) shareholders strongly disagree with the comments and positions taken by both MS and Montgomery.

2) the positions and actions taken by M & M have caused a disservice to both Cymer and Cymer shareholders.

3) the (SI) shareholders respectfully request that all future investment banking activity be awarded to another firm (possibly DLJ).

Letter to be copied to both Montgomery and MS. We may not be institutional investors, but collectively we might amount to something. Of course, this might piss-off the analysts at M & M and cause more harm than good. Just a thought.
