Let them do it. Any piece of legislation can be rescinded. 2010 is here! Let each of these Democrats vote for the legislation if Obama lets them vote-----and then throw the bums out. There is always the possibility that Obama could attempt the passage of Obamacare via Executive Order or via using the department or dempartments that would be in charge of the Obamacare through internal rules of each department/agency without passage of legislation. If Mr. Obama should attempt such usurping of Congress and the American people there should be immediate legal challenges. Americans have spoken on the internet, via e-mails, in personal conversations, at meetings etc.-------we don't want thia legislation, this Obamacare or anything like it. As of last evening, my understanding is that Obama is now going to present 'his' legislation which he expects to pass and of course without honoring the wishes of Congress which includes both Democrats and Republicans. His version will be posted on the internet-----for 14 days according to what I heard last evening on the radio. Of course what is still missing in this whole process are the people. How many people will read that document--------very few. The Federal Government has absolutely no business under our Constitution, not Mr. Obama's Constitution, in getting into controlling the lives of Americans down to the minutest level via OBAMACARE WHICH IS WHAT THIS IS---A TAKEOVER OF EVERY DETAIL OF A CITIZENS LIFE AND OUR COLLECTIVE LIVES. Obama is not the King of the United States of America nor is he the Messiah. It may also be that he is not a legitimate President, much as his father was not a legal citizen of the United States but was a British Subject as he was a citizen of Kenya that was still a protectorate under England. Tell one lie or exaggerate and the truth will eventully come out------that's what my wise Grandfather told me. mj
