Teachers generally begin work well before the kids arrive and finish well after they leave. AND take work home with them. You can't look at time between the tardy bell and the dismissal bell and count that as the hours worked. And even if you did, it'd amount to 32+ hours a week. 25-28 hour workweeks is bullshit. It doesn't exist.
