Thanks Brad and Cheryl, I called the NY office and the phone is answered "Encompass". I think this is one and the same as Firamada. I asked an executive about the Miami office, but she answered that an office doesn't exist in Miami and she wasn't sure that one would. Jim, don't bother with the "will do" since this is the info. I was looking for. I guess the company does busines in Dallas and Phoenix under the Success and Staffing names. Good luck to all FAMH holders. marc
