The focus of my issue is the public unions, not corporate unions, although some corporate unions, like the autoworkers seem to have successfully swung the pendulum well into their favour...Heck, I know some laid off GM unionized employees, who received $500,000 when they were laid off. Not too shabby if yo ask me.

Teacher unions are another example of a union that has carved out entitlement thinking for its members and erected huge barriers to competition for jobs which could readily be resolved by quadrupling the numbers accepted to teacher's college thereby creating competition.
