I certainly don't disagree that there are some biases in reporting.

But, in Palin's case, I think any "objective standard" would have led one to question her credentials to be Vice President.

I wasn't crazy about Edwards either but I at least felt reasonably assured that the guy was probably bright enough to do the job in a pinch. I couldn't come to that conclusion about Palin.

I didn't think Obama was ready to be President and I wish the press had questioned HIS credentials more because I always thought Clinton was BY FAR the superior candidate.
