Back to Angola after one week off. Met several guys and girls from Vale going to Mozambique flying over Johanesburg. They are going to build there the biggest coal mine in the world in Mozambique.

Will build railway to export and will leave two thermoeletric coal fired power plant.

One of them is came to Angola and then will proceed to Mozambique. Exporting the concept of the SENAI apreticeship.

No importation of expatriates forever.
Plan is:
Export indigenous resources generate revenue
Create infrastruture for the county
Enable blackman to work thus SENAI role.
