Ciena derives about 15%-20% of its revenue from Carrier Ethernet Switched Delivery (CESD) products and one of the primary applications for that is wireless backhaul. CESD revenue was up 30% sequentially in the October quarter. The company had its first shipments into AT&T (T) for the product and there’s plenty more expected to come throughout 2010. minyanville.com
