Andrew, What is your take of the bludgeoning of the techs last week. Do you think that such a dramatic beating is warranted? IMHO, one is not but I would like an industry insiders perspective. I margined AMAT @ 46 3/8 thinking I was getting a bargain. Needless to say, I've been hemmoraging money ever since. Recently I margined more @ 32 and 36. What are your thoughts to where AMAT will be say February '98? I know this industry is notoriously difficult to predict and the Asian panic only aggrandizes this problem. Again IMO, I believe AMAT is a $45+ stock right now and hope it will see the 60's by Feb. TIA for any thoughts. Brian
