If the agreement has been terminated then it's probably that Infospinner is the one backing out now. CNTR has spent a lot of money on advertising, sales calls, .... Infospinner I think basically got a free ride. I don't know the details but as usual it's just my speculation. Maybe all this hoopla can be called 'Revenge of Umang Gupta'.
