Sad if true. So what happens when the cash runs out to buy? Share price drops I guess, even though there are fewer shares in theory, until they give out more to management. And then there you go fewer shares, but weaker balance sheet. Certainly a bigger pop when they ever getting around to growing revenues again, but eps growth with no revenue growth or worse, just means lower p/e, so all that's accomplished is just giving away money. Stock price languishes.
