i am of the opinion that everywhere worthwhile has an entry price, and one can just pay and enter, to engage it is exceedingly rare that anywhere worthwhile should have an exit tax, ala penalty for getting out of prison i am all for multiple citizenships, especially for the children who can foretell which nation would go mad next they all seem to take turns at raking their own over the coal
