I don't know how many times I have to say that I don't get down into the weeds on this issue like that. I have many other things to do with my work time and leisure time than modeling potential public policy outcomes to a degree that no one on this thread could do competently. You worked in government policy analysis long enough to know that. What will anyone benefit from a couple of thin paragraphs from an Internet poster? Do you have a detailed econometric model to share with all of us? Of course not. Let's be real.
