Swapped out NGG and WR for EXC and SRE... better fit, better fundamentals, giving up a little yield in the short run for better LT prospects... also finally pulled the trigger on T and VZ... probably won't go after CTL which had been on my list in that sector.

Also, what are people's thoughts concerning good entry price and possibly delaying entry and divvy income vs. buying sooner regardless of price (assuming it's not outright over priced) and gaining earlier exposure to divvy income... in other words, good entry price at expense of delayed entry (possibly long) vs. just getting in and starting the divvy stream earlier... is there a rule of thumb/guideline for price offset of share price entry vs. total return wrt dividends due to earlier entry?

Not sure if I've phrased the question right, but hope you guys understand what I'm asking.

Jim
