...but I really doubt that is what Lane meant. It's what she said. I'm not sure what you mean by that. Yeah it wasn't very clear... doing six things at once. What I meant to say is that we don't know if putting an extra burden on salary/wage tax payers is more of a drag on the economy than putting an equal or extra burden on passive income taxpayers. You could make a long long argument for either side but my best guess is a wash.
