How long has the government/taxpayer funded first time homebuyers tax credit been in effect? A light will go on in your head. (well maybe a small light).

Shiller says this faux rise is now reversing.

Where did he say that?

In January Seattle's median had its first YOY rise. That's means not just starter homes are selling. My sister reports inventory in NH is pretty much gone and she is very busy. The NY Times recently reported multi million dollar properties are starting to move again in NYC. Things are looking up in DC, SFO and LA. Las Vegas had its first price rise in 39 months. It seems the only place that's lagging is FLA. I have been blaming the economy but maybe the problem isn't the economy....maybe its the agents in FLA.....they just don't know how to sell houses. ;-)
