Everyone believes what suits them. The GOP has spent the last year doing all they can to break Obama's presidency and leave it in ruins so they can crawl over the rubble and slip back into power. Why would anyone want to join a group like that except to become their pet on a leash? I give them points for chutzpah but nothing for realism. They can't demonize the guy every single news cycle for a year then whine because he won't become their BFF and friend them on Facebook and start taking orders from a minority party's lame leadership. Take a step back and look at the situation realistically. What have the Reps done to earn that kind of obeisance to their cause?
