I would verify whether or not that is correct! As far as I know, there is a 30 day turnaround on the acceptance of the feasibility study and no COW has to be issued - WSCO has a 4th generation COW in place to develop the property. The only hurdle now is financing and I would expect that to be addressed shortly. DRT
