Yes but are you trying to tell me that a GM line employees with a combined salary/benefit package over 100K is a low ender ? Not economically... beyond that I'll remain politically correct.. Probably that has been addressed partially in the whole support issue..

I edited my prior post.. This is not a simple topic.., Unions like government have been perverted far beyond their original intent.. Teachers are a FINE example in Toronto.. Personal experience again.. not quoting second hand dogma here..
