Mark, you brought the press release to its logical conclusion, which the company, lacking the true concern of informing the shareholders exactly where they stand, did not do. They also didnt mention they are now on the board of director's hit list to be replaced. If I were a board member with thousands and thousand of shares, I would demand their removal immediately.
