Higher percentage of our peasants can shop at Walmart, buy big screen tv's and eat at fast food restaurants with three or more trips to Timmies each day. A Heinlein utopia :-)

Given near 50% of Canadians work for some level of government or predominantly provide some level of service to government, your complaints will fall on deaf ears for the most part here as you know (lots of union workers too, CUPE, SEIU, CUPW, Teachers).

You have three solutions,...get in on the gravy train like the boss, continue crying or move away. Boss makes a good beer for crying in :-)
