You're right, Reich must be thinking we're a bunch of morons.

However, as far as privatizing MC and MA goes, sorry. We don't privatize things in America these days, we're all collectivists now. markets are messy and driven by greed. We are more comfortable with the wisdom of the (increasingly) powerful directors out in DC.
