If such a plunger has the fortitude, the good sense, not to sell after the initial euphoric, amazing explosion of the price, but HANGS ON, he or she will be returned a fabulous multiple of his or her courageous investment. What is more, his or her fortune will be made within a few months of now. The JV, and the financing, will be announced and the payment by the joint venturer(s) made, before the New Year. In the New year, AIPN will be Midas-rich, debt free, out of the active oil business in this particular Kazakhstan concession, entitled to practically perpetual payments from operating revenues therefrom, and roaming the rest of the world, including Kazakhstan, in search of further bonanzas.
