On a serious note what makes my brain hurt with this issue is that is ok in America for kids to watch violence and play violent video games but see sex and everybody gets their panties in a bunch.

I find it is noteworthy that Apple kicked out both violent and sex targeted apps. If you google for what was banned, you will find it to be pretty much 50/50 sex and violence. Apple does not seem to be on the side of violence in this! Instead, it seems to occupy the middle of the road, the culturally acceptable space, sex and violence wise. I applaud that! Very wise business strategy that limits nobody and keeps the Apple brand clean.
