MUEI doesn't have such a product yet, since they seem to be following Dell's footsteps in terms of concentrating first and foremost on the corporate buyers. I do agree with your bullish opinion of MUEI, and I agree that it doesn't have to jump into the >$1K box market now (brutal margins), but I don't think they are a fad. I think they are the new price point for home buyers and there are not going to go away anytime soon.
