Jim, Just spent a few minutes talking to a couple of friends and bussiness associates. there is some concern about chkr bringing down the value of rlly. Had a long talk with shareholder relations at RLLY this morning and am pleased to report that although they will share buying power and managent tools and personell, at this point they will continue to operate as seperate companies. Tryed again to get some kind of feel for earnings and can only report that everybody is happy. Draw your own conclusions. Grammy
