Hello,

I have been following MTLC. We should hear some news within two weeks. Earnings should be coming out on or around November 15th 1997. There should be some news prior too the earnings announcements. I hope before January they (MTLC) have negotiated a settlement with the Mexican government. It should be a cash settlement and the unconditional opening of the presently dormant plant.
