For the last two days we had very negative news hit the markets, i.e., consumer confidence and record low new home sales, and each time the market recovered back above the point where the negative news was released... this is bullish market action... I think any weakness from the numbers this morning could easily be shrugged off by the afternoon... but of course, if I get a sell signal then all bets are off...

There is also other positive news around this morning... Sweden's January import prices rose 3% in February, this is news this morning, so it rose 1.9% overall for 2010... also today in France, their producer price index for January rose a whopping .7%, this is very strong... overall, the world economic condition is actually improving, or so it seems... this should offer some support to our markets since these countries are our trade partners and our companies should benefit from our trade partners' positive economic numbers...
