All this talk reminds me of one of the very first 'questionable' app on the Macintosh computers, probably available a few months after the first Macintosh in 1984(?). It was called "McPlaymate" for awhile ... until Playboy,Inc made Apple change it to 'McPlaymat' In it, you clicked on buttons to make the pretty lady do assorted 'tasks'.

I wonder if there are any copies anywhere in the archives now.
It was likely the first of its kind.
