"If life on earth is his purpose, he has a right to live as a rational being".

Begging the question again.

I was going to comment on the BIG IF myself. Your response is a feeble attempt to squirt perfume on the stinking corpse of purposeless existence that is the rational demand of materialistic Atheism. Rand simply manufactures purpose Ex Nihilo where (from a materialist perspective) none rationally exists. If your interpretation is correct then a man's purpose is simply what he subjectively chooses it to be, and there no longer remains anything "objective" about "objectivism". I think it's better to understand that Rand simply assumes life is a purpose unto itself, and thereby begs the question: Is there a purpose to life?

Have a nice vacation.
