RKF, Mory can say he is not currently in talks all he wants but he is aganist the wall right now and the only way he can save his company is to sell it. As you point out $80 to 20's and no comment from Mory, this tells me that he is in talks and that is why he can't make a statement at this time. I spoke to a big CEO last week when I was golfing in Arizona on this subject and he said the ceo can't risk any deal by making any comments at all until the deal is as good as done. And that makes since to me, what he is doing is avoiding any lawsuits before he gets past the negoations. Now this is my take on asnd and it may differ from the rest but it is what I'm banking on. The key here is WHERE IS MORY?
