Jim- I owned IPT a few years ago. It is in fact a closed end LP but I bet there are many people out there who just look at the PE and yield and think they've found an undervalued stock. I think it may have potential as a "sure thing" short. If memory serves partnership expires in 98 or 99. Timoteo
