I talked to an Ascend PR person today. The statement of 10% q-q sequential growth was NEVER uttered in San Diego. The Company is comfortable with the Wall Street estimates for next q, 23 cents, and $1.18/share for 1998 with $1.4 billion revs- 25%-28% revs increase over trailing 12 mos. I do like the fact that ASND is being realistic and conservative on its approach to analysts. They are playing ball with the Wall Street pros.
