Don, you have been using Snagit to capture screen shots. The same company [Techsmith] now offers a free program named Jing to capture any part of your screen, upload directly to their site and put a link to it on your clipboard - all in one step.

using that link, you can go to the web site and see the saved image. Click on it and copy the link for the picture. [which you can embed in an SI post]

Jing is always ready on your computer - no matter what program is open. You can also make short videos with sound.
