Hollywood REALLY wants 3-D to work.... and is over-joyed after Avatar success.

TV makers want it to be the next big thing as well. However, I don't know if the present method of delivering the 3D experience will catch on at home. I mean, who wants to wear a pair of dorky glasses just to watch TV? Plus, if you have a big family, you're going to have to buy how many pairs? And if there are active kids in the house, you can count on those glasses getting lost or damaged. It's OK for occasional use at the movies, but it won't be an everyday thing, IMHO.
