He is simply a person who has no credibility and posts out of habit. Kenneth is 100% committed to himself. I like the way you phrased it. He always paints himself into a corner and then waits for the paint to dry and comes out again. He represents the worst of us. A wealthy ;^) attorney who refuses to provide health insurance to his secretary, but demands that the rest of us pay for it.
