I would shut down the Dept of Education, the EPA, Dept of energy and all the gov workers that work for them.I would then fire 25% of all gov workers except the military. I would close all over seas bases and end all moneys to foreign countries. I would stop giving money to LaRaza, the black Panthers, the black Caucus, the ACLU, The Muslim group Care, and other hate america wacko groups. I would cut entitlements by 20%, reduce all government workers pay by 25%.

how's that for a start ?
