jAC, I think the real factor behind the recent drop in LTBG's stock was due to their recent earnings report. Hey don't get me wrong it was very good, but I think the "market' was expecting more. The news of the secondary just added full to the fire. I look for continued good financial results which will translate into a much higher share price.
