Unless you specify what she's preaching that she isn't practicing, it isn't much of an answer.

Earlier you did post about how "Tripp Has Government Provided Health Insurance", but as jallen pointed out - "I haven't seen her "preach" that you should not accept any help for a handicapped child"

I haven't either. If she has and we missed it, than you might have a point, but it would help if you link to the specific example of preaching. And no the issue is not about a misunderstanding of the meaning of "practice what you preach", By the normal vernacular meaning she has not (at least not to my knowledge) stated that people should not accept government assistance for severely handicapped children. Do you think she has?
