Looks like one-sided "conventional wisdom" as they put it and guesswork colored by the WSJ's usual spin. The House Whip, Clyburn, was on MSNBC last night very confident about the vote count. And he is the guy who literally rounds them up and counts before a vote goes forward. That said, this Congress is a cross between a circus and an avalanche in progress so anything can happen.
