Hello PRLN fans,

I contacted the company today and was able to obtain some information. They have 3 current products. (1) is the Ah-Immunoassay, (2) is Veterinary Cancer Diagnostic and the (3) is the In Vivo-CDK and In Vitro-CPA Kits. The Ah-Immunoassay was licensed to Dow Chemical and under the agreement, Paracelsian will receive milestone payments followed by royalty payment which begin in the 1996 fiscal year. I was not able to find out exactly when the payments will be made. On October 1994, Paracelsian licensed its veterinary cancer diagnostic kit to IDEXX Labs. Royalties for this agreement are to begin in 1996 also. The In Vivo and In Vitro Kits, the company is trying to look for a partner and one should be found soon. The patent is pending on this product. If there are any questions call Keith Rhodes, President or CEO at 1-800-475-3141. Also, ask for the Chief Financial Officer and he will be happy to give details on when the royalties will be paid.
