I think you are way off base..just having proof will boost this price... I think that you're probably right. The fact that additional resources outside the first 100 feet of the first grid are a given would increase the price once this is proven not a scam. Claude's projection, IMHO, are probably based on this being the total resources. Then again, never base all your plans and calculations on the best case scenario.
