I couldn't care less about civil unions .... I'm against changing the definition of marriage. Whether a state allows some kind of domestic partnership or civil union is unimportant to me.

You have forgotten that the issue is marriage. And that the same sex marriage movement rejects civil unions, which they've had in CA for years, as second class status.

Are you dumb or deliberately misrepresenting the issues?
