Lance: The quickest way to lose money on NPEC is to keep calling that 1-900 number! I appreciate the concern over shares. We know (per Dave) the have 30mill outstanding but as I've seen with ISGI, they may have issued preferred stock to pay for acquisitions etc., which are convertible down the road for common. I don't know if they have done this but it's a good question for Dave. I've found a site for Kilamantan Gold and a site for Chile Copper news. I will ask Dave on Monday for specifics on both and compare to what is known about these areas. Also, still looking for someone do a financial analysis of that oil information. Bottom line, what is it worth? I'll post what I find.... JKeba
