Yes- interesting for sure, I2.

At the 1982 start of the 1982-2000 Secular Bull, interest rates were at highs and excess cash had built up. In 2010, long term interest RATES recently recorded a double bottom near their long term lows, and, conspicuously absent from the chart in the article you link is the presence of "Excess Cash".

To me, the above implies a Secular Bear market that is just getting going. With the policies this administration is trying to make law, I am sad to project that this Secular Bear will last a long long time time if they succeed. So will the misery fallout from their policies.
