Why would you oppose a recommendation to deal with it if you think so? My point, which sailed high over your head, is that it's another republican/conservative nit picking distraction. By mandating insurance the legislation almost completely eliminates the causes of medical bankruptcy...so this clever guy finds fault by pointing out the absence of protection for a problem that the reform largely does away with.
