If I understand this article correctly, iPad users will not be able to read AP stories unless they pay for them. On the other hand, if you have a netbook or a PC or mac notebook or desktop no such fee would be required??? Do I have that right??? Why would anyone in their right mind do this??? This makes absolutely no sense....
