Carolyn When does the legislation take effect? Is it 2013? If so, the Congress of 2013 and the new President can throw this in the garbage bin where it belongs. The Congress of 2013 and new President will not be bound by the rules of Pelosi's Congress or of Obama. Let them pass it this year; then lets do the clean sweep of the rats in the fall of 2010. mj
