:-) I had some amazing goat cheese tonight with Seville orange tortas de aceite. I also bought some aged Gouda that was pretty fantastic. I was at Whole Foods, and they were demoing a bunch of foods. I really like the soups, too, and those were two for the price of one- so I bought about 8 of them. I'm going to send soup and scones for lunch with the kids this week. Monday I'm sending chicken and red rice soup with green onion scones. Tuesday I think I'll send Pasta soup with cheese scones. And this evening I roasted a large piece of lamb, but I was also cooking about 30 chicken thighs (in Moroccan spices) and I took the skins off the chicken thighs and put them over the lamb- just to see what would happen. OMG! That lamb is falling apart tender- and it has an amazing flavor. I saved the fat from the roasting to do vegetables in, because I bet it will be amazing!
