To Everyone, Just got off the phone with PeakTech. Had a very long discussion about some issues that have caused me soom concern. Issues raised were stock price of private placement, market value at the time. Executive forfeited rigts for placement to keep company liquid. Nasdaq listing, filed forms for answers to sec questions and should have listing shortly. On a positive side, PC Computing to do feature in jan. addition. They have been nominated for for best internet utility product and are listed on Bell Southes web page as internet tool to help with acess. Grammy
